  4. Emotional and physiological states: How individuals feel emotionally and physically can affect their self-efficacy. When individuals feel anxious or stressed, their self-efficacy decreases. On the other hand, when individuals feel relaxed and confident, their self-efficacy increases.

Boosting self-efficacy is crucial in enhancing confidence, achieving goals, and overcoming setbacks. Here are some practical strategies to boost self-efficacy and increase confidence:
